Specialist Partner Tender Opportunities

Coventry and Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency (CWCDA) is looking for new partners to join the Accelerate project. Partners will be required to deliver the following tender opportunities:

 

  • Mental Wellbeing Services
Existing partners are welcome to apply in the interests of diversifying or increasing their role in the project, but they will not be at an advantage, with all tenders reviewed objectively and awards made on merit.

Introduction
Coventry and Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency (CWCDA) is a not for profit organisation that provides a range of enterprise and employability services, helping our communities to develop and become more sustainable.

In 2016 CWCDA was awarded the Accelerate project as part of the Building Better Opportunities Programme. These contracts are been funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund and is part of the Accelerate Project. The Accelerate project is a partnership led by CWCDA that delivers holistic employment support for people that are unemployed or economically inactive to gain or move towards employment and or education.

The Accelerate Partnership
All organisations that are awarded a contract will be required to become an Accelerate partner and add value to the Accelerate partnership.

As a partner in the Accelerate project you will be:

  • Required to attend partnership events
  • Complete project paperwork
  • Take part in regular audits
  • Manage delivery staff
  • Use the on line partnership management system
  • Provide and adhere to the following policies: Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Data Protection and Health and Safety
  • Partners governance arrangements will be underpinned by a partnership agreement setting out clear roles and responsibilities.

Expression of Interest
The expression of interest will include a summary of:

  • Name, address and contact details; tender reference
  • Details of proposed project delivery
  • Full breakdown of costs

The Approach
The contractors will be expected to suggest an approach and agree this with CWCDA prior to implementation.

Selection Criteria
Applicants will be assessed using the following criteria:

  • Successful track record of working on similar contracts
  • The extent to which the proposal meets the contract requirements
  • Value for money

All tenders will be scored. Delivery to the specification will contribute towards 65% of the score, 25% towards previous experience and 10% towards Value for money.

Applicants may be asked to attend an interview.
